Kekkon Yubiwa Monogatari is a manga by Maybe releases in Big Gangan magazine. The series is currently 5 volumes long. The 5th volume released on June 24, 2017.
Here is the synopsis from Manga Updates: "Satou has been in love with his childhood friend and neighbor, Hime, ever since she and her grandfather appeared out of nowhere 10 years ago. Now a dazzling, yet mysterious high school beauty, she makes it more and more difficult for him to confess his feelings. As the anniversary of their first meeting is nearing, will he muster up his courage to transform their friendship into something more? Or will an entirely different fate await this tightly bonded pair?"
Seigai no Majo is a manga by Tanaka Hosana and released in Young King OURs magazine. The series is currently 5 volumes long with the 5th volume being released on August 30, 2017. (Update: Seigai no Majo has ended with a harem ending. You can find the page for it here.)
Here is the synopsis from Seven Seas: "In fifteenth century Rome, witches have declared war against humanity. A young man named Nikola, whose parents were cruelly murdered by a witch before his eyes, discovers that he is now the key to winning the war. Using sorcery skills acquired through years of careful study, Nikola must revive twelve witches known as the “First Witches” who will become his allies and weapons to defeat the enemy. But there is one small hitch: in order to revive the witches from their eternal slumber, Nikola must form a marriage contract with each one. Just how many witches can Nikola marry in order to save the world?"
I had originally planned to make a separate post for each series, but I realized I didn't have much to say about them individually. The things I did have to say were the same for both of them, so I decided to combine them into one post.
The reason I think they'll get harem endings is that they already have harems. Real harems. Not just a bunch of girls in love with them. The main characters of both series already have multiple wives.
In Kekkon Yubiwa Monogatari Satou has become the Ring King, which is a hero who gets power from 5 princesses rings. These rings just happen to be wedding rings. So in order to reach full power Satou needs to marry 5 princesses. I've fallen a bit behind on this series. I stopped reading when the fourth princess was introduced, but it seems like all 5 of the princesses have shown up now.
In Seigai no Majo Nikola is a monk who has sworn himself to a life of celibacy. Long ago 12 witches were sealed by the church and had their left ring finger removed. Returning their finger to them unseals them and forms a marriage contract between the witch and the person who unsealed them. Nikola was unaware of the marriage part and unwittingly married 2 witches. After being chased out of town by the church, he sets out to kill witches doing evil. As of volume 3, Nikola has unsealed 3 of the 12 sealed witches. A fourth is also unsealed and was about to fight Nikola at the end of volume 3. Presumably, Nikola will unseal the remaining 8 witches throughout the series.
As of now, I can't see these series getting anything other than a harem end. In both series the girls know their part of a harem, and while they aren't all happy about it they accept it. So unless the mangaka do something like kill off the MC or the harem, I feel a harem end is guaranteed for both series.
